Yarm Town Council operate two allotment sites which are both located on Worsall Road in Yarm.
The first site is named as the Brickyard site which is located to the rear of Yarm Medical Practice. The second site is named the Worsall Road site, which is located beyond the Brickyard site, further up Worsall Road.
Collectively these sites provide 99 allotment plots.
Rental rates for individual allotment plots are presently £80 per year, for 2026. There are a number of plots available for persons with individual access needs and working requirements. The allotment plots come in various sizes depending on people's needs. There is also a communal plot with four small sections. Please note that allotments will only be given to residents of Yarm.
